Project Site Supervisor

About the role
As the Project Site Supervisor at IQI Concept, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects .

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate daily on-site activities, including communication with owners, suppliers, and scheduling of deliveries to ensure seamless project flow.
• Supervise and manage site operations to ensure all work aligns with the project timeline, design specifications, and technical drawings.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain an uninterrupted and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage and deliver the project successfully.
• Familiarity with detailed interior design, technical, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings is an added advantage, training will be provided if needed.
