**Key Responsibilities**:- Triage ticket by type and scope.
- Create WO- (working orders)- Ensure project creation and booking.
- Pull OSS log and latest RFDS.
- Check for needed materials.
- Provide Tier 1 support for the crews.
**Qualifications**:- Software Used: Microsoft Suite (outlook, word, excel)- Advanced English (C1,C2)- Ability to construct fluent sentences without hesitation in translation.
- Thrives in high-intensity work environments.
