Project Specialist

The Project Specialist performs basic project support duties assigned by the Project Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads the preparations and supports the implementation of all project activities in the LGU
• Prepares all administrative and logistical needs of the project, especially compliance and financial requirements, and other responsibilities assigned by the Project Lead from time to time
• Assists with the monitoring and evaluation standards of the program
• Assists with special projects and reports as needed
• Receives, screens, logs and routes correspondences, attaches necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action logs and deadlines
• Assist in ensuring that appointments with project stakeholders are met, including logistical arrangements and secretarial assistance
