Project Specialist

Job Summary

• The Project Specialist assists the Project Team/Stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor activities related to the project. Main tasks are monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines, deliverables and budget are met. The Project Specialist will also manage issues logs and ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner.
• The scope of work includes developing and maintaining knowledge platforms and repositories, documenting case studies and success stories, and producing knowledge products such as briefs and reports to support plant-based and SDG advocacy and decision-making. Furthermore, facilitating learning events, webinars, and capacity-building sessions for partners, and communities, while ensuring that data and insights are accessible and integrated into Tzu Chi Foundation's planning and reporting frameworks.
