The Area Business Promotion Department is responsible for creating customer touchpoints in real channels and driving business growth, with a core focus on operating Rakuten Mobile shops.
Our shops serve as the frontline of customer interaction, providing cross-sectional services from the Rakuten Group such as telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce and playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience.
We are a department that promotes key measures and operational reforms in the retail business on a project basis, enhancing the execution capability of our strategy.
In this position, you will serve as a project leader, responsible for driving results based on business strategy while engaging relevant departments.
