About the Role

We are looking for a Project Specialist to support the Head of Product across multiple workstreams. This is a hands‑on execution role - not purely coordination. The person will manage the tech track end‑to‑end, oversee our internal systems (Zoho and our proprietary CRM/DB), identify process and system gaps across departments, and ensure all teams are using our platforms effectively. They will also flex into other projects as directed by the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities

Tech Project Management

• Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders
• Coordinate between stakeholders and the development team
• Track progress, manage timelines, and escalate blockers early
• Coordinate UAT, document feedback, and follow up on fixes
• Manage deployments and post‑launch monitoring
