Project Superintendent CAS

Position Summary

The Project Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day field supervision of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and CAS quality standards. This role serves as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Field Leadership

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Ensure construction is performed according to approved plans, specifications, and codes
• Maintain daily site logs, reports, and progress documentation
