Project Superintendent

Position Summary

As a Project Superintendent, you will provide overall leadership for mass timber, framing, and hybrid construction projects from early planning and constructability review through project completion and handover. You will oversee and coordinate all on-site personnel, including Foremen, safety, carpenters, labourers, and shop personnel, as required. You will champion the implementation of company processes and standards, contributing to continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality, and company culture. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of trade partners to ensure work is executed to a high standard, aligns with the approved project schedule, and fosters strong, professional relationships with owners, general contractors, and trade partners.
