JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to turnover
• Manage a maximum of 1 project at a time to ensure focused execution and quality delivery
• Control project schedule, budget, cost, and manpower
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Review drawings, variations, and construction methodologies
• Prepare progress reports and lead coordination meetings
• Resolve site issues and manage project risks
