Project Supervisor

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is currently recruiting for Project Supervisor roles in the Cavite area (specifically covering Bacoor and surrounding regions). This position is critical for managing telecommunications infrastructure projects like PLDT's FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) and FBTS (Fiber-to-the-Base-Station).

Key Responsibilities

• Construction Management: Oversee the organization and execution of construction processes on-site, ensuring technical and safety standards are met.
• Project Monitoring: Track end-to-end deployment, including fiber splicing, termination, and testing.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage subcontractors and coordinate with utility or power companies (e.g., OGAE utility/power coordination).
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports for clients like PLDT.
• Planning: Assist in developing project control systems, detailed schedules, and cost baselines to ensure deadlines are met.
