Project Supervisor

• Key Responsibilities
• Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; oversee daily operations and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Assemble teams, assign tasks, provide direction, and monitor performance.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols (PPE, hazard checks), and regulatory compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve technical or logistical problems.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular status updates to management and stakeholders, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Reporting: Prepare project status reports and conduct project reviews.
