HS Busgano Architect Studio is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a full‑time Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising all on‑site construction activities, including monitoring progress, problem‑solving, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
2. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to communicate project status, address issues, and maintain strong relationships
