Project Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

Educational Background:

· Educational Background: Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture

· Work Experience: 2 years project supervision or Quality Assurance experience in fit-out construction specializing in high-end commercial and/or hospitality establishments

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that construction and fit-out works in assigned areas are executed and completed in accordance with client quality standards and schedule.

2. Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with relevant laws and client specifications.

3. Give daily detailed work instructions to foremen / leadmen including deadlines for completion and quality standards

4. Monitor implementation of corrective actions

5. Call out workers' violations of health and safety policies; acknowledge incident reports and check implementation of corrective actions
