Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, organization, and end-to-end execution of event and project initiatives—from concept design and scheduling to full delivery
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time project completion
• Develop and manage event/project timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
• Oversee inventory management for artworks, merchandise, and materials, ensuring accurate tracking, timely procurement, and proper storage/return of unused items
• Supervise procurement and logistics requirements, including transportation, equipment, and venue setup
• Track shipments, monitor stock levels, and resolve logistical challenges before and during events
• Ensure on-site coordination across all stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
