Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervising workers on daily site activities.
• To liaise and work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project.
• To ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinates meetings to discuss project requirements and scope of work.
• To update on-going work schedules and project progress.
• To ensure projects are completed on time and according to project plan/drawings.
• Inspects work performed by workers and contractors.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill in both oral and written communications.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.
• Have in-depth knowledge of materials and building codes and regulations.
