Job Summary

You will coordinate project execution by collaborating with clients and workers to ensure timely completion within budget, leveraging your extensive construction trade experience to drive operational efficiency and project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between clients and workers to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget
• Apply construction trade expertise to identify and resolve project challenges, optimizing workflow and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables
• Implement problem‑solving strategies to mitigate risks and maintain project quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction trade
