Summary of Responsibilities

Project Supervisor / Warehouse Lead Rate of Pay: $22.35/hour

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a versatile leader to oversee project operations and manage our Newmarket warehouse. This hybrid role combines project supervision with hands‑on warehouse leadership, including forklift operation, inventory management, and team supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project setup and day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures
• Ensure teams meet quality and safety standards
• Manage customer relationships and communicate project and warehouse updates
• Foster a positive and growth‑oriented work environment
• On‑the‑job training provided
