We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Project Support Coordinator to assist with a variety of exciting projects in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting digitalisation initiatives, managing e-learning content, and providing administrative and coordination support across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitalisation Support:
  • Evaluate and assist with the implementation of off-the-shelf IT platforms for digital transformation projects.
  • Support testing and validation processes for new platforms, and manage data conversion for onboarding.
  • Design digital staff aids to improve user experience and platform efficiency.
• E-Learning Development:
  • Develop and adapt training materials for government e-learning platforms.
