Project Support Coordinator (West/ Up to 3000) Ref: GAS

• 5-day work week: Mondays to Fridays

Our client, an established company in the marine telecommunication industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for project stakeholders; collating and disseminating relevant updates and information
• Coordinate project logistics; from resource procurement to logistical arranged
• Assist to schedule meetings, management documents and maintain organized records
• Monitor and track project tasks and deadlines; ensure project members are kept updated and informed.
• Prepare project status reports, update progress and highlight any potential issues
• Assist in tracking of budget for the project and expense reporting
• Any other relevant duties as required
