Project Support You Liaison - Second Shift

The PSY - Liaison is a trained human services provider who assists law enforcement staff with behavioral health and/or substance use disorder calls for service, linking community members with area resource programs including but not limited to education, outreach, follow-up care to community members including youth, aging, and citizens in needs of housing, financial, food, legal, and transportation in order to reduce repeat calls for service.

DUTIES:


+ Provide follow-up services to individuals involved with law enforcement and/or by referral including identification and assessment of risk factors and needs.

+ Assist individuals to access community services to address risk factors and needs including in the areas of housing, job support, mental health, and substance use treatment. (add juvenile, schools, elderly, community outreach).
