Project Systems Administrator - 3days/week

Reporting to the Project manager, you will ensure accurate administration of capital projects across SAP and related systems, supporting forecasting, reporting, and compliance obligations. Strong attention to detail and effective engagement with engineering, finance, and procurement stakeholders are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration
  • Creation of capital projects and project structures in SAP
  • Creation of projects in eATO
  • Setup new users in SAP, eATO, and Docusign
  • Ad-hoc support

• Financial Processing
  • Perform Goods Receipts as required
  • Help processing the overdue invoices

• Forecasting & Reporting
  • Provision of monthly actuals to Area Engineering Managers
  • Monthly forecasting for “Other” area Capital
  • Preparation of the monthly ASP Capital Report
