Project Manager (PM)(PTL)
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital project, and leading the project team from FEL-2 through Mechanical Completion. Large projects may have both a PM and Project Engineers (PEs), where the PM has overall project engineering responsibility and the PEs each only have a portion of the overall project scope. The PM coordinates with and supports the Project Sponsor during FEL-1 and commissioning and startup, to integrate the end to end project process.
Is, along with the Project Sponsor, the primary interface between the project team and the steering team
