Project: DOST MLAFAR PROJECT
Position: Project Technical Aide V
Salary: P26,908/month
Contract: 9 months (February - October 2026)
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing, and sending out project files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders;
Attend to all procurement-related requirements of the project;
Perform regular inventory of all project items and see to it that they are adequately delivered to the project staff/ laboratory requiring them;
Make arrangements for meetings, presentations, seminars, and trainings;
Organize and call the attention of the project leader/ project staff as to where and when they are needed;
Monitor expenses of the project against the line-item budget in coordination with the bookkeeper assigned to the project;
Coordinate liquidation documents with the project leader and the accounting office of the implementing agency;
