Job Purpose
The Project Technical Supervisor serves as the primary technical authority on site, ensuring that landscape and construction works are executed in full compliance with approved specifications, within budgeted quantities, and to required quality standards. This role bridges the gap between The Spec and The Build by enforcing quality control, validating quantities against the BOQ, and managing supplier and material compliance. The ideal candidate is highly field-oriented, technically rigorous, and decisive, with strong authority in site quality and execution governance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Site Execution Oversight: Conduct daily site inspections to validate construction sequencing, workmanship, and manpower deployment. Ensure site activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and execution plans.
