Pinchin Ltd. is currently looking for a dynamic and organized Project Technologist to join our Indoor Environmental Quality team.

The IEQ team provides clients with a variety of consulting services involving indoor air quality, Legionella, microbial contamination, and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments for mould, indoor air quality (IAQ), designated substances and other hazardous materials
• Conduct interviews with clients regarding building history and site‑specific client concerns
• Perform inspections and evaluate building systems
• Assess building damages related to floods, water losses, smoke and fire
• Assist clients following flood and loss emergencies to get buildings dried, cleaned or remediated and operational
• Collect a variety of air and bulk (mould, asbestos, lead, dust, bacteria,...
