Project worker for Material bank, Industrial construction

About the job:
We are seeking a specialist, preferably with structural engineering studies and background, to create a material bank to help transform construction globally into smarter, safer and more sustainable.
In this role you will build, curate, and deliver a practical material bank that enables developers, investors, and construction companies to design and build with precast, from concept design through onsite assembly. The specialist combines structural engineering knowledge with training design and content production to create clear, reusable, standards aligned materials that accelerate precast adoption and reduce project risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Material bank ownership
Define the information architecture (topics, modules, levels) for the bank, covering the end-to-end precast journey: feasibility & concept design, structural and connection design, detailing/BIM, logistics, erection & QA, and handover.
