SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager / Consultant – HCM

Location: Zuid-Holland (1–2 days per week onsite)

Contract: Freelance / Contractor

Duration: Project-based, start ASAP (32–40 hours per week, ideally 36)

For an international organisation in the Rotterdam region, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager / Consultant to support HR transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on leading SAP HCM / SuccessFactors projects and acting as the link between HR stakeholders and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors / HCM projects
• Translate HR business requirements into functional and project deliverables
