Projects Consultant (Business Development and Sales)

Our Client in the Architectural Industry is seeking to employ a Projects Consultant (Business Development and Sales) to their team based in Elandsfontein Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Valid Grade 12 certificate.


• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous; substantial industry experience will also be considered.


• At least 5-7years’ experience in sales, public relations or interior design.  


• Minimum 4–6 years’ relevant industry experience.


• Proven experience working with Architects, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, Interior Designers, and Contractors.


• Strong knowledge of the building, construction, architectural, and specification sales environment.


• Experience in project-based selling, key account management, tender procedures, and construction project timelines.
