- Manages project purchasing team, ensures staff availability and grow the competence in line with the region Division organization
- Drives project purchasing, pilot and forecast the project purchasing index & KPIs
- Define and Implement standards by segment across the P1 purchasing network within the site
- Assess the required workload and supports the project buyer teams in the different activities
- Participate in the target setting of the P1 projects of the site
- Warrants CAA Purchasing validation for his site
- Represent Purchasing in the project process....
