— Development and Implementation of Promo Activities:

— Design the conditions and mechanics for new promo features;

— Communicate with product teams regarding implementation of functionality;

— Set up tasks for teams involved in promo rollouts;

— Prepare technical specifications, timelines, and oversee execution;

— Configure bonus conditions in the relevant systems.
— Contribute to the creation of regular bonus conditions and promo calendars;

— Assist in calculations, setup, and analysis of various promotions (loyalty programs, referral programs, etc.);

— Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns;

— Maintain documentation and take part in joint promo planning.

Analytics and Optimization:

— Collect data and analyze the effectiveness of launched promo activities;

— Generate reports on activity outcomes;

— Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for new mechanics.
