Customer service: Greet customers, help them locate products, and provide information on merchandise features and benefits.
Sales and transactions: Operate a cash register, process various payment types (cash, credit cards), and handle sales transactions accurately.
Store operations: Stock and restock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and report shortages or needs to a supervisor.
Product knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the products sold to advise customers and answer their questions effectively.
Administrative tasks: Maintain sales records, manage customer profiles.
