Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform product recommendations to customers.
• Manage sales and promotions activities at designated outlet.
• Ensure compliance to the ISO9001 and ISO 14001 integrated management system.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers.
• Identify and qualifying potential buyers to provide detail/additional information to generate sales.
• Provide product information with slides, charts or printing materials (eg. brochures, leaflets, catalogue).
• Give samples, goodies or catalogue to attract/persuade people to buy Company products.
• Set up product display and demonstration area.
• Report immediately to Supervisor on any issues, information or feedback from customers.

Requirements

• Applicants must be willing to work at Homepro IOI City Mall.
