Promotions Coordinator

Paramount Pictures is looking for a **Promotions Coordinator** to join our Promotions team in Mexico. The main responsibility will be to support the team, collaborating in the strategy and execution of promotional activities for Paramount Pictures Mexico titles.

**Key responsibilities include:**

+ Support the Promotions Manager in presentations, partner meetings and follow-up on promotional asset development and approval processes.
+ Coordinate audio/visual and print asset production.
+ Manage promotional items inventory and shipping.
+ Submit and follow up on Marketing department Purchase Orders.
+ Manage the screenings platform (Paramount Premieres).
+ Support event organization: premieres, red carpets, talent visits, among others.
+ Market and vendor research.
