Responsibilities

Promotions Strategy & Calendar

• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly promotions calendars aligned with acquisition and retention goals
• Plan campaigns across sportsbook and casino verticals (e.g., deposit match, cashback, free bets, free spins, leaderboards)
• Align promotional cadence with key sporting events, product launches, and partnership milestones

Bonus Mechanics & Structuring

• Design clear, competitive, and commercially viable bonus structures with defined wagering requirements, caps, and eligibility criteria
• Draft and review promotional terms & conditions for clarity and PAGCOR regulatory compliance
• Ensure promotional mechanics are financially sound and aligned with expected GGR contribution
• Model bonus cost scenarios and projected revenue impact
