Propane Distribution Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and track each driver’s delivery route daily to ensure they are being completed as efficiently as possible, suggest adjustments to routes.
• Focus on load optimization by carefully monitoring delivery statistics per truck (liters delivered per drop, liters delivered per Km travelled) and make adjustments accordingly to increase efficiency.
• Ensure that the preventive maintenance program is being performed on each delivery unit and all required inspections are completed and documented in the department's filing system. Raise any missing reports to the driver and elevate to their supervisor if required.
• Daily collaboration with CRC Supply and 3rd party Transporters to ensure sufficient product is allocated and delivered in a timely manner. This is achieved by maintaining the Allocation Worksheets in a timely manner.
