• Monthly management reporting for a portfolio of properties
• Strategic commercial insights and analysis to ensure targets are met
• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Cost management and reporting
• Business partnering with property and development managers
• Portfolio level reporting and analysis
• Involvement with the acquisition and disposal of properties
