Homes by Avi Group of Companies is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional individual to join our team as a Property Accountant in our Blue Jean Condominium and Property Management division. Blue Jean is one of our fast growing divisions. Earlier this year Homes by Avi was named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Property Accountant

You will work directly under the leadership of a Controller and Broker to support our Blue Jean Condominium Management division. The Property Accountant is responsible for full cycle accounting of our condo boards under management including accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations as well as producing monthly financial statements for the condo boards and assist with operating budgets, and responding to board inquiries about financial statements and audits.
