Position: Property Accountant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Modality: Remote

We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our finance team in the multifamily real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Support budgets, audits, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and record entries in accounting systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with accounting software (Onesite, MRI, QuickBooks).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills.
