• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Managing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash balances
• Processing weekly accounts payable check runs and resolving AP issues
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Assisting property managers with expense analysis, accruals, and CAM reconciliations
