LHH is assisting our Louisville based real estate / property management client in their search for a qualified Senior Property Accountant & Lease Administrator to add to their team. The Senior Property Accountant & Lease Administrator is responsible for the daily accounting, administration, and lease data management of a retail real estate portfolio. This role combines day-to-day property accounting with lease administration duties, requiring an understanding of both basic accounting principles and lease structures. The position plays a key role in supporting accurate financial results, tenant billings and collections, as well as lease compliance.
