GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a Property Accountant. This position will work from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens. Work time will shift to better hours over time.

Job Description

The Property Accountant plays a key role in managing the financial operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash management. This position is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, accruals, owner distributions, lease administration, and budget input, working closely with internal teams to maintain financial integrity.
