Your new role

As a Property Accountant, you will support the financial management of a diversemercial real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include full‑cycle property accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, operating expense and tax recoveries, tenant‑related financial analysis, and preparation of monthly financial reports.You will collaborate closely with asset management, operations, and the broader finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
