Property Staff Accountant

for our US-based client in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate and organized records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies as needed.
• Carry out internal audits and reviews to maintain compliance with internal policies.
• Review and categorize expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and financial guidelines.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Post expenses and manage financial entries within the property management software.
• Support additional accounting functions and ad hoc projects as assigned.
