Property Accountant Position Available

Explore the opportunity as a Property Accountant, reporting directly to the V.P. Finance. This role involves maintaining accounting records for revenue-generating properties and preparing critical financial statements.
As a Property Accountant, you will manage daily portfolio accounting, prepare quarterly and yearly reports, and ensure the accuracy of year-end financial packages. You'll handle sale and financing transactions while contributing to process improvements and assisting with special projects as assigned.
