We are in need of an experienced Property Accountant with a strong background in managing financial operations for short-term rental properties . The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance across multiple platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and other vacation rental channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for multiple short-term rental properties.
• Reconcile bank accounts, merchant accounts, and booking platform payouts.
• Track income, occupancy taxes, fees, and commissions from various rental platforms.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with property managers or hosts regarding budget adherence and expense tracking.
