Property Accountant

MetCap Living Management Inc. has an immediate opening for a one‑year contract Property Accountant to cover a maternity leave on our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle full accounting cycle for a portfolio of residential real estate properties
• Prepare monthly reporting packages including financial statements, actual to budget variance analysis, balance sheet analysis
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconciliation of control accounts (accounts receivable, accounts payable, last month’s rent, LMR interest) to subsidiary ledgers, intercompany balances
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed
