Job Description

Totem is managing a search for a Senior Property Accountant on behalf of our real estate client in Vaughan, ON.

About the Company:
This leading development and property management firm boasts a diverse portfolio exceeding 16 million square feet across industrial, retail, and office spaces. 
Position Summary:
Leveraging your accounting expertise, you'll analyse financial data, prepare comprehensive reports, and contribute to the organization's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare year-end financial data for external audits and address any inquiries.
Create quarterly financial statements and covenant calculations for lenders.
Reconcile income tax accounts to interim statements and official assessments.
Handle stub period income calculations.
Manage common area maintenance (CAM) and realty tax (RT) reconciliations.
