Property Acquisition Executive

Tesco Ireland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Acquisition Executive to play a key role in driving our expansion strategy. Based at Gresham House in Dun Laoghaire, youll work closely with the Head of New Space to identify, negotiate, and secure new store locations across Ireland. This is a high-impact role where youll manage the full acquisition lifecyclefrom site appraisal and legal negotiations to business case preparation and project delivery. Youll build strong relationships with agents, developers, and landlords, ensuring each acquisition aligns with Tescos strategic and financial goals.
