Property Administrator

• Oversee all the installation and testing of various electrical components.
• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• In-charge of over-all supervision, planning, coordination and schedule management of assigned project.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work based on the approved budget.
• Manage and oversee project timeline.
• Coordinates with other trade engineers, architects, owner's representative, and technical group to determine the specifications of the project.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering/ preferably licensed
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Can work under pressure and can handle work with very minimal or no supervision.
