Property Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• To be duty at sales gallery, roadshow, and to support marketing events.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, propose and create suitable property solutions to ensure a smooth sales journey.
• Generate new sales leads through marketing campaigns, social media, events, business directories, and client referrals, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential buyers.
• To achieve sales target and conversion that set by management through sales activities.
• Achieve a minimum of 30% in-house sales vs targets.
• To achieve strong loyalty of customers to company.
• Contribute to positive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Internal Customer Experience Survey (ICES) results.
